Surfs up.

I`m in  Nicaragua. I have been flown here t0 do a commercial and teach kids who have never heard or seen Parkour, on the streets and in schools . Speaking only in body language. It has been one of those unforgetable life momments which has involved me stashing food from the hotel and commercial set, to hand out to kids on the streets on the sly. Today I hit up the west coast of Nicaragua to see what surf the Pacific had in store, on my rest day.  It has just been one of those days. Unbelievable scenes. Photo courtesy of Kiell.

Just a few words needed. Big trip. Spent lots of time in Nuremberg, Germany over a weekend kicking it with Jessica Ennis, Yohan Blake, Phillips Idowu, all beasty superheroes in my eyes. If you don’t know who they are google them, well worth dusting off your athletics top trump knowledge. Was good to hear how they train, the ways they they think about their training and teach them some of the basic fundamental moves in Parkour. It means a lot to me knowing that they are supporting me on this.

So, this is me. Well it isn’t, it’s everyone, it’s more of a compilation of madness including things and momments that have made my ribs tickle beyond belief and made me smile like a chesire cat.
I have so collected so many random memories over the years and wanted to have one video that I could kick back and watch which would sum everything up to this day so far.

I also wanted to kind of warn people, that this is not the type of thing I will be doing on the run, this is just to show a bit more about me and the person who is behind trying to raise the awareness/money MND needs.

THE ROUTE.

Hello Hello.

So, this is the beasty 1000 mile Parkour journey route (in aid of Motor Neurone Disease) that I will start very soon.
This is the very basic version to give everyone a general idea of what major cities I will be hitting and sessioning. An extremely detailed one will go up on the site shortly and will be downloadable for sat nav devices, google maps and google earth. A detailed schedule is also being confirmed at this momment.

Now you know where I am heading, you have no excuses. Get in contact if you are down for joining me for segments, stretches, gaps, distances, or a piggy back.

Like I have previously stated, if you want to join me but you are worried I will race past don’t worry. I would never do that, the aim is to enjoy the journey with as many practioners as possible.
