BBC NORTH WEST WALES

These are busy days full of unbelievable scenes. Talking of which, BBC North North Wales caught up with me the other day to talk about my love for the area and how inspiring it has been for my preparation to the event.

“There’s no such thing as bad weather, just lots of different kinds of good weather,” said Sticky. “I did some bare foot running in the recent snow. It’s great; there’s nothing to distract me. I just aim for the horizon and run all day.
“Everyone has their own certain places they feel..”
